Chief Seth Lyles and the City of Dickson Police Department are welcoming Officer Anthony “Tony” Nichols and Officer Jesus Juarez to the DPD team.
Tony Nichols, originally from Memphis, TN, is a 1992 graduate of Southaven High School in Mississippi and a U.S. Air Force veteran. After serving in the military, he worked for the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Air National Guard before spending 20 years in the business sector. Returning to his passion for law enforcement, Nichols is currently in Field Training and will attend the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in early 2026.
He said, “I hope to be an officer that the citizens of Dickson are proud to have patrolling the streets and helping ensure their safety.”
Jesus Juarez was born in Los Angeles, California,
