DU QUOIN — A $2,000 grant from the Du Quoin Elks Lodge 884 will help expand a space at the Du Quoin Public Library for children with sensory needs, building on a project the library began several years ago.

The Elks secured an ENF Spotlight Grant earlier this fall. They presented the funds to the library to enhance its sensory and calming corner, a designated area created for children with Autism, ADHD and other sensory sensitivities.
