The latest drought monitor was released today and it continues to show widespread moderate drought in central Missouri with severe drought conditions across south and western parts of the state
The rain headed our way for Friday is much needed as we’re over an inch below average on rainfall for the month, almost 4” below average for the season.
FRIDAY’S FORECAST
Rain will lift from southern Missouri overnight into Friday and become widespread. The rain will continue to be widespread through much of the morning, but will gradually become more scattered into the afternoon. Meaning, more dry time will start to mix in later in the day.
