NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Some Nashville residents have filed ethics and criminal complaints against Metro Council Member Rollin Horton, who represents District 20.

The Voices of District 20 said the group was formed to recall Councilmember Horton.

The group said it filed a Public Ethics Complaint along with criminal complaints and election interference complaints against Rollin. The complaints are set to be submitted to the Metro Board of Ethical Conduct, the Davidson County District Attorney, and the Tennessee State Election Commission.

“The filings detail what residents describe as an alarming pattern of intimidation, doxxing, and police harassment aimed at suppressing a lawful recall effort,” the group said.
