ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A former Marietta City Schools employee has withdrawn her race discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against the school system’s board of education.
Sarah Barbour, the former director of the Marietta Student Life Center, and the Marietta City Schools Board of Education filed a joint stipulation of dismissal on Nov. 13, federal court records show.

According to the stipulation, the federal claims have been permanently dropped. But another claim, violation of the Georgia Whistleblower Act, was dismissed without prejudice, meaning it could possibly be refiled in another court.
