PEPPER PIKE, Ohio -- The Orange High School Model UN team recently participated in the Cleveland Council on World Affairs Autumn Model United Nations Conference at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
A total of 55 OHS students researched and debated pressing global issues and collaborated with students from 18 other schools to craft impactful and change-worthy policy, according to a news release from the Orange City School District.
The Orange team was led by Suchin Wyckoff, who won a Superior Delegate award; Kai Diviney, Zahra Navadeh and Hosna Nouri Ghonbalani, all of whom earned Excellent Delegate awards; and Iain Pickett and Max Klisovic, who received honorable mentions.
