San Bernardino County is the focus of an updated flood advisory issued at 5:25 p.m. on Thursday by the National Weather Service. The advisory is in effect until 6:25 p.m.
The NWS San Diego CA states to be ready for, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” according to the NWS. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
