MADISON, (WKOW) – UnityPoint Health-Meriter showcased their Thanksgiving basket collection for Neighborhood House Community Center on Thursday.

This annual partnership aims to provide Thanksgiving essentials to local families in need.

“This is the 10th year we are doing this,” said Corinda Rainey-Moore, the community engagement manager at Meriter.

Departments at Meriter participated by designing and decorating baskets, with the top five selected as winners.

“We have been doing this for many years, but I think this was the most baskets that we have collected. And as you and see these baskets are all very full. So, they want above what we asked them to do,” said Rainey-Moore.

The event encouraged friendly competition among staff members.
