BRISTOL, CT. (WFSB) - Bristol police are asking for the public’s help finding a 42-year-old man with a cognitive disability who went missing Wednesday afternoon.
Raymond Velez was last seen leaving his sister’s residence on Miller Street in New Britain between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. after entering an unknown vehicle, police said. Velez has a cognitive disability from a prior stroke.
He’s described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5′9″ inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown beanie, green camouflage jacket, gray sweatpants and lime-green sneakers.
Velez does not have a working cell phone and may be carrying a backpack with medications and clothing, according to police.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Bristol Police Department immediately.
