Dear Lucas : I have a particular neighbor who thinks it is OK to throw away dog poop bags in my trash can when the bins are at the street for pickup. I’m too shy to ask the person to stop, but I thought it was just common courtesy not to throw your doggie bags in someone else’s trash. Am I in the wrong here?
