Two people have been found dead in a Huddersfield house with police treating their deaths as "unexplained". West Yorkshire Police were called at 2.47pm on Thursday, November 20 to a concern for safety in the South Crosland area of Huddersfield.

Residents reported seeing multiple police cars and forensic teams in the area of Church Lane that evening. In an update today, the police have confirmed they found the bodies of a man and a woman within the property. They are currently investigating their deaths.

The deaths are being treated as unexplained but the police say they are not seeking anyone else in connection to the tragedy, Yorkshire Live reports .
