A three-bedroom home in Lexington Township has been sold for $625,000, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

The 2,248-square-foot ranch home, which was built in 2003, has a four-car garage, a sunroom and a basement walkout on its heavily wooded property.

This week’s transfers are for Oct. 25 to Oct. 31.
