This is the moment that Celtic's AGM was abandoned by Peter Lawwell this morning.

The meeting was called after less than an hour by the club's non-executive chairman following major protests by shareholders in attendance.

Chants of 'sack the board' and audible boos could be heard from within the room. Red cards were also held aloft.

The meeting was initially adjourned for half an hour after less than five minutes after it started.

It re-started around 11am, however, just 25 minutes later, Lawwell brought it to a close, as abuse were aimed towards Dermot Desmond's son, Ross, who issued a lengthy statement, insisting the club would not bow to 'bullies'.
