In honor of Veterans Day, Steubenville Catholic schools took part in Treats for Troops.” During the week leading up to Veterans Day, students collected unwanted or extra Halloween candy to share with service members stationed overseas. Bishop Mussio Elementary School and Steubenville Catholic Central High School collected 12 boxes, which were delivered to a Soldiers Angels drop off site in Salem. The boxes will be shipped to U.S. troops worldwide, according to officials.
