The Buffalo Bills were trailing the Houston Texans by seven points with 10:14 remaining in regulation of Thursday's game when Buffalo running back James Cook was stuffed on a 4th-and-1 at the Houston 23-yard line.
After that play, cameras picked up Bills quarterback Josh Allen appearing to say, "What are we doing?" Following Buffalo's 23-19 loss that dropped the club to 7-4 on the season, Allen addressed what became somewhat of a viral moment.

"Just frustration on my part," Allen said about his reaction, per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN. "In a situation like that, probably should have just banged a timeout. Just getting ... we got the play in late. Didn't give ourselves a chance there."
