KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Neighbors in the Crossroads say they’ve been living in fear as broken windows, stolen cars and vandalism have become routine. But a new plan could change everything, giving the community hope for relief from the ongoing crime wave.
Alan Zlotky has called his corner pet shop home for 12 years. The owner of Tail Waggin Pet Stop has watched crime escalate in recent years.
“I think it’s just kind of in the last couple of years seems to have kind of deteriorated,” Zlotky said.
