At the end of the first quarter, Mercer Island High School has announced its Snailblazers. This award recognizes three students from every grade level for their dedication and commitment to MI. The Snailblazer award is the school’s version of Students of the Quarter. Teachers, administration and staff wanted to recognize the good work they are seeing in and around the school, hence this award. These students exemplify responsibility, perseverance, curiosity, integrity and community.
