SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - An Iowa man accused of distributing meth in Carroll County, Iowa, has pleaded guilty to his drug charges.
In federal court, 52-year-old Paul Diamond Sanchez from Carroll pleaded guilty on Thursday, Nov. 20, to the following charges:
One count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and
One count of possession with intent to distribute
During the plea hearing at Sioux City’s federal courthouse, Sanchez admitted that from July 2024 through May 2025, he and others distributed methamphetamine in the Carroll, Iowa area.
On two occasions in the summer of 2024, the defendant distributed a total of over 25 grams of pure methamphetamine to an individual cooperating with law enforcement.
