SALT LAKE CITY — One person has died of their injuries after a two-car crash at the intersection of 44th Street and Harrison Blvd. in Ogden on Thursday.

According to Ogden Police, the drivers of both vehicles sustained minor injuries and are in stable condition.

Police said the driver of a red passenger car was in the northbound left-turn lane, turning west, when it was hit on the passenger side by the driver of a white truck who was traveling southbound through the intersection.

Police said the passenger in the red vehicle was pinned inside and had to be extricated. That person was taken to a hospital where they died from their injuries.

The drivers of both the red and white vehicles reportedly sustained minor injuries and were reported to be in stable condition.
