QUÉBEC - Quebec Liberal Leader Pablo Rodriguez has convened his caucus for a meeting in Montreal this afternoon as the party is rocked by twin crises.

Rodriguez suspended Marwah Rizqy from caucus earlier this week, claiming she had fired the chief of staff of the official Opposition without consulting him.
