Strictly Come Dancing has finally unveiled the first star competing in this year's Christmas special. The annual festive extravaganza will return to screens on December 25, and the first bit of casting was revealed on spin-off It Takes Two tonight – as well as the identity of their pro partner.

It's none other than Scarlett Moffatt, who became a star on Gogglebox before winning I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2016.

"It's just a dream," she told host Janette Manrara. "Honestly, this is top of my bucket list. Which I never thought I was gonna be able to do."

Janette also revealed who Scarlett will be dancing with, and it's the one and only Vito Coppola.
