In a report commissioned by Des Moines Public Schools, lawyers argue that an executive search firm did not disclose all pertinent red flags about disgraced former superintendent Ian Roberts.

The report by the Dickinson Bradshaw law firm of Des Moines, released Friday, Nov. 21, states that Texas-based JG Consulting did not explicitly disclose to the school board that Roberts submitted a false resume and a “likely” doctored transcript.
