MAHONING VALLEY, Ohio - Hundreds of local families were provided with a turkey for their dinner-table ahead of Thanksgiving with the help of the Kisling, Nestico & Redick (KNR) law firm.

The Thursday giveaway represented the 13th year of the campaign's effort to combat hunger in the Valley. Along with distributing turkeys at Willard Elementary in Warren, KNR law firm collected thousands of coats and canned goods to support Ohioans in need across the state.

KNR said in a press release that in its 13 years, the Coats & Cans for Kids campaign has provided over 600,00 meals and given out more than 12,000 turkeys to Ohio families.
