A man has been seriously injured in a Huddersfield drive-by shooting. West Yorkshire Police were called to Springwood Hall Gardens on Thursday (November 20) following reports of shots being fired at around 5.35pm. A 27-year-old man was found with a serious leg injury and more minor injuries to his back in a car on a driveway.
The leg injury was caused by a bladed weapon, investigations at the hospital concluded, while he had also suffered pellet wounds to his back after the man's car was shot at. Police believe two men were involved in the attack and that they fled the scene in a black car driven by a third person.
