Baptist Health Corbin shares expansion progress at Southern KY Chamber luncheon

CORBIN — The Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s November luncheon featured progress and updates on the new 80,000-square-foot, three-story patient care wing at Baptist Health Corbin. The $100 million expansion was the focus of a presentation delivered by hospital president Angelia Foster.

Foster, who has now completed her first year leading the Corbin hospital, opened her remarks by expressing how grateful she is to serve both her staff and the community. She described the deep personal connection she has felt since joining the Corbin campus, noting her own family’s roots in Appalachia.
