A Detroit area man jumped on the roof of his car when he unexpectedly came across a goat that had jumped the fence and was roaming the neighborhood.
The encounter between Dae'lan Scott, of Detroit's West Side, and the goat, known as Smoke, was caught on camera.
"So I go outside. I'm like, OK, OK, I start 'Baaa, Baaa,'" Scott told WXYZ , adding that the next thing he knew, Smoke the goat came "out of nowhere."
Detroit city records show Smoke's owner, Robert Pizzimenti, was cited for possessing a wild animal without a permit, according to WXYZ, which also reported that court records show a "history of problems with his animals."
Pizzimenti regretted that the goat escaped and was taking a tour of the neighborhood.
