CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hannaway called kratom a potentially dangerous substance and warned consumers may be exposed to deceptive marketing practices.
In a statement, the attorney general said, “When businesses peddle unregulated, addictive substances and hide the risks, they violate the trust of Missouri consumers.”
