AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - A judge revoked a man’s probation and sentenced him to six years in prison after his arrest in another county.
Corbin Dean Tucker, 25, was placed on probation back in June for three charges out of Randall County.
Police arrested Tucker in August 2021 for assault on a family member, a third-degree felony. Court records say that Tucker choked the victim, who he lived with, and covered her mouth and nose.
He was released after posting $7,500 bond.
Police arrested Tucker on an arrest warrant in February 2022 after an investigation showed that he broke into a home and sexually assaulted the same victim.
He was booked into Randall County Jail and charged with burglary of a habitation and sexual assault.
He was released after posting $30,000 bond.
