Marjorie Taylor Greene has announced that she will resign from Congress in January 2026.

The news comes amid Greene ‘s clashes with other Republican lawmakers, including President Donald Trump , who called her a “ranting lunatic” last week.

Marjorie took to social media on Friday night (November 21) to share a lengthy statement to explain her decision.

After representing Georgia’s 14th congressional district since 2021, her last day in Congress will be January 5, 2026.
