When the furnace needs some maintenance or a quick fix – there’s no reason to pay top dollar when the best person for the job is an apprentice.
But the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) business requires skilled technicians, so it’s not often their services are offered at a bargain.
Until now.
Joel Patan of Patan Heating and Air realizes how cost-prohibitive maintenance can be for many homeowners – he can see why a price tag of $160 to $180 may seem like a lot for a routine check-up. Especially in this economy.
But Patan has a robust team of 13 who are at different stages in their HVAC career – and it doesn’t take a Red Seal technician to identify a clogged filter or dirty sensor in the furnace. Those tasks can easily be performed by an apprentice.
