Lane Kiffin’s decision might not come for another week, but LSU is gearing up for a sizable offer.

As rumors mount that the Ole Miss head coach might depart the school, LSU officials have had discussions about offering Kiffin a contract in the seven-year, $90 million range, Yahoo Sports reported Friday night .

The outlet added that the Tigers would also potentially promise to spend more than $25 million for their roster through NIL.

Ole Miss announced in a statement Friday that a decision will not be announced regarding Kiffin’s status until after next week’s Egg Bowl game against Mississippi State.
