LOWER ALLEN — Harrisburg overcoming turmoil and meeting the moment to hoist hardware has become an annual tradition.
This time it came in the form of reshuffling recruitment among key Cougars. And at West Shore Stadium on Friday, No. 5 state-ranked Central York was poised, focused and devoid of any outside pressure. However, it’s that time of the year.
Harrisburg showed why it’s ranked No. 1.
The Cougars thumped the Panthers 38-10 to win their fifth consecutive District 3 Class 6A title. It’s the fifth straight time Harrisburg (13-0) will appear in the PIAA 6A semifinals.
