Ben Stokes is the captain of England’s Test team, and in his first Ashes Test as captain in Australia, he entered his name in the history books by breaking the record of best bowling figures in the Ashes series by an English captain. Stokes bowled a total of six overs for the English team in the first innings of the ongoing red-ball match at Optus Stadium in Perth and picked up five wickets for 23 runs.
