ANDOVER TOWNSHIP — Cold, foggy weather didn’t stop a crowd of people from gathering Friday morning to celebrate a ribbon cutting for a group of new cabins at Pymatuning State Park.

Park manager Christopher Reeher welcomed everyone to the event, and said the opening of the cabins is another big step forward for the park.
