CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Illinois Men's Basketball is coming off a tough loss, but has a chance to rebound with a home game against Long Island.

Illinois lost its first game of the season to #11 Alabama 90-86 in front of a packed house at the United Center in Chicago.

This is the first meeting between the two programs, and the Illini have won 33 straight nonconference home games against unranked opponents, according to Illinois Athletics .
