HOUSTON – For Nico Collins, the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday warms his heart and gives him a perspective on the spirit of giving.
The Texans’ star wide receiver spent Friday night providing meals to roughly 300 families in need in partnership with the Salvation Army of Houston and Randall’s.
“Man, it’s a blessing,” Collins told KPRC 2. “It’s always a blessing to give back to the communities because you just never know what families are going through. I’m grateful for the Salvation Army for giving me this opportunity to come out and bless families, to give out food and give so everybody can have a great Thanksgiving.
