DUBAI: The Indian Air Force launched an investigation into the horrific accident that led to the death of Wing Commander Namansh Syal after the Tejas aircraft he was flying crashed during an air show in Dubai. As part of this, the Air Force contacted Dubai authorities. Efforts are underway to recover the aircraft's black box. The possibility of sabotage will also be examined. It is also reported that Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi about this.
Meanwhile, the body of Namansh Syal will be brought to Delhi today. He is a native of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. Rajnath Singh and Joint Chiefs of Staff Anil Chauhan expressed their condolences.
