Arkansas' season comes to end
The University of Arkansas claimed the opening set against Oklahoma in the SEC Tournament on Friday afternoon in Savannah, Ga., but the Sooners roared back to claim a 18-25, 25-17, 25-12, 25-20 win to end the Razorbacks' season.
Arkansas senior Jada Lawson finished with 20 kills and hit .436 to go with 10 digs for her third double-double of the season. Livia Niu finished with a team-best 11 digs and setter Kiki Remensperger dished out 24 assists for Arkansas (5-22). Razorback freshman Parker Duncan added eight kills and two aces.
Alexis Shelton finished with a match-high 23 kills and 10 digs for Oklahoma (16-10), while Alyssa Flack added 17 kills (.517) and Emoni Bush chipped in 13. The Sooners advanced to face Auburn in the second round Saturda
