Police are urgently appealing for information to find a Coventry man who has been recalled to jail. Lee Blackbird is wanted by West Midlands Police .

Blackbird is on the run but is originally from Coventry . Officers have released his image, in which he appears balding with a stubble beard.

Anyone who saw the 44-year-old was urged to call 999. Information on his whereabouts can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “Do you know where Lee Blackbird is? If you know where he is, call 999, quoting reference 20/21182/25.”

Police also recently appealed to find 43-year-old Ronan Mcerlean. He has also been recalled to jail.
