HMRC is urging UK taxpayers to check if they are owed a refund. The Government organisation has explained who might be owed money and the process to apply for it.
People could be owed cash for a number of reasons. This could be related to a person's pension , pay from a job or a self-assessment tax return.
In a message on X, formerly known as Twitter, HM Revenue & Customs , said: "Think you’re owed a tax refund? Manage your money and tax easily with the HMRC app." This comes as people born before 2011 were also urged to check if they are owed money, as reported by ChronicleLive.
