COLUMBUS, Ohio - The top-ranked Ohio State football team will have its final tuneup for next week’s game against Michigan when the Buckeyes take on Rutgers today at noon.

The game will be shown on Fox.

The status of injured OSU wide receivers Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate is up in the air.

“They’re working hard to get back on the field. That’s it. That’s what they’re focused on,” OSU coach Ryan Day said Wednesday.

For eight straight seasons, the Buckeyes have won the game before Michigan.
