Newcastle United welcome Manchester City to St James' Park this evening for a Premier League clash which is important for both sides - for different reasons.
The Magpies come into the game on the back of successive Premier League defeats at West Ham United and Brentford. Those results, and a difficult start to their league season, sees them sit 14th in the table just two points above the relegation zone as the weekend kicked off. In contrast, Pep Guardiola's City side are in fine form and looking to challenge Arsenal for the title.
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has a number of selection dilemmas with the likes of Tino Livramento, Lewis Hall and Anthony Gordon pushing for starts after recent injuries, while Dan Burn is suspended. Yoane Wissa remains out injured.
