Holidaymakers are being warned about a lesser-known airport rule involving mobile phones that could result in delays or even denied boarding. Many UK tourists may be planning to travel abroad to enjoy some winter sun but may not be aware of one particular rule.

The majority of people know the main airport security rules, such as those involving liquids in your hand luggage and having your passport and any necessary visas up-to-date. However, experts at WildPack American Summer Camps are warning travellers of a law, which, if broken, could result in a person being banned from boarding.
