A Cole County grand jury handed down an indictment this week for a Jefferson City man charged in connection to a fatal crash that happened on Oct. 31 .
Jervontaye Warmack was indicted Thursday on charges of second-degree involuntary manslaughter, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and driving while intoxicated, according to court documents.
Warmack's arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 8.
A probable cause statement alleged that Warmack's SUV collided with an electric scooter in the 3600 block of U.S. 50 on Oct. 31.
Anthony Reyes was the 15-year old who was riding the electric scooter, and he died from the crash.
