PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Welcome to the weekend, as we get our Saturday started we are seeing increasing clouds in the forecast and a good chance of rain this afternoon. This is all associated with a low stalling out over the northern coast of the Baja this morning. We will continue to see rain around Southwestern Arizona throughout the afternoon and evening.

This low will start to push to the northeast and bring a chance of rain here in the valley just after lunch, with most areas getting about .10″ to a quarter of an inch. Temperatures will warm up slightly tomorrow with highs around 72 degrees. The additional rainfall adds to the already incredible rainfall since September. So far, Sky Harbor has seen 5.90″ of rainfall, and as we mentioned, more is on the way later today.
