Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star James Sutton has opened up on his mental health struggles. The actor, who played John Paul McQueen on Hollyoaks, spoke on Edge Hill University’s "Edge Ahead" podcast. The latest episode of the "What’s in Your Head?" series saw James talk about fame and panic attacks.

The actor, who also starred in Emmerdale as Ryan Lamb, joined former Premier League goalkeeper Chris Kirkland and podcaster Gareth Roberts to talk about the topic of men's mental health and the pressures of fame.
