“It’s gotten a lot of publicity and a lot of showings,” said Caroline Garguilo of Keller Williams Realty Central Monmouth, the listing agent.

“At every open house we’ve had over 25 families — that’s really high traction,” she said, adding that the home has also had about 50 private showings. “Some people are interested and a lot of people are just curious.”
