WASHINGTON, D.C. — A children’s learning tower sold at major retailers nationwide has been recalled after reports that its platform can suddenly collapse, posing a risk of serious injury to young children.
The recall, announced this week, affects more than 9,500 Grow ‘N Stow Folding Learning Towers distributed by Little Partners, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) .
The wooden tower, used to help toddlers reach counters and elevated surfaces, includes a platform that can give way during use. The company received 14 reports of the product collapsing, including one child who suffered bruises, CPSC said.
According to federal regulators, the recall applies to model LP01711 with date codes 202409 through 202501, found on a label beneath the platform. The tower
