MADISON, (WKOW) — A high-speed pursuit in Madison led to the arrest of a 20-year-old Treydarius Rolack early Saturday morning.
The incident began at 1:44 a.m. when a Monona Police Department sergeant attempted to stop a vehicle on westbound U.S. Highway 12. The driver initially signaled to pull over but then sped off.
Madison police later spotted the vehicle driving recklessly, prompting officers to reinitiate a stop. Despite multiple attempts, the driver continued to evade police.
The vehicle was seen traveling at 125 mph near Monona Drive, leading officers to re-engage in pursuit. Attempts to stop the vehicle with a tire deflation device were unsuccessful.
