A condo in Sullivan that sold for $565,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Madison County in the past week.

In total, 10 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $248,420, or $103 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 15 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $40K, single-family house at 2489 Lake Road

A 1,360-square-foot detached house at 2489 Lake Road in Oneida has been sold. The price was $40,000, $29 per square foot. The house was built in 2007. The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Oct. 24.
